Your progress is documented to ensure consistency, accountability, and visible results over time. Following every appointment, you will receive your Signature Hair Report with your current Scalp & Hair analysis.
Light refreshments and tv entertainment are available to support a comfortable salon experience.
Preparation (REQUIRED)
Thorough cleanse followed by an intensive hydration, strengthening and restorative hot oil treatment using steam & red light therapy to support healthy hair & scalp. All services includes optional trim.
All new clients interested in hair-added services must first book a New Client Experience to assess hair & scalp health and recommend the most suitable style to support long-term healthy hair results.
STYLE InstallatioN (OPTIONAL)
Low-tension protective styles designed to support healthy hair, comfort, and easy maintenance. Hair-added services include lightweight lengths and low tension parting sizes.
MaintenancE (REQUIRED)
All hair-added services includes one maintenance appointment to support hydration and long-term hair health. Non-hair-added services should follow the recommended at-home aftercare guide and signature hair report.
TAKEDOWN (OPTIONAL)
Safe and gentle takedown designed to reduce breakage, and prepare the hair for cleansing, treatment, or future styling.
