These policies maintain a professional experience for all clients. By booking, you agree to the terms below.

NATURAL HAIR + LOC CLIENT:
• Please have at least 4 inches of hair for your service.
• All previous styles must be taken down 2–4 weeks prior to your appointment to allow your scalp to rest.
Wash your hair 7–9 days before your visit.
• Section your hair into four or more clean parts.
• Hair must be fully detangled from root to ends.
A comb must pass through your roots to your ends with no resistance.
Detangling ends only is not considered fully detangled.LOC CLIENTS: You must have at least 0.5 inch of new growth to receive services.
CHEMICAL / SCALP + hair CONDITIONS
If you are experiencing hair damage, scalp issues, or have had a smoothing treatment, relaxer, color, or lightener, a wash-only service is required prior to booking any hair-added service for proper assessment.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW HAIR PREP POLICY
If your hair is not properly prepared upon arrival, your service will be denied.
Your deposit will remain non-refundable, and a new appointment can be booked once your hair is fully prepped.
Clients who arrive unprepared for two consecutive appointments will no longer be eligible to book future services.

ELIGIBLE APPOINTMENTS
Maintenance hydration treatments are required within 1–4 weeks of your initial appointment and are subject to availability.MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
Clients are responsible for returning with properly maintained hair. This includes, but is not limited to, a clean scalp and hair (no buildup), minimal frizz, and hair that remains fully detangled and manageable.If your hair is deemed unmaintained, your service will not be performed.
All payments remain non-refundable. -
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Late arrivals will receive a shortened service. The full balance will still apply.
1 complimentary reschedule is allowed. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.
No-call/no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance.

Client satisfaction matters to us. Minor adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of your appointment.
Adjustments do not include:
Full style changes
Length/size changes after service completion

For the safety of all clients:
No service will be performed on irritated, infected, or compromised scalp conditions
Clients experiencing illness should reschedule
Sanitation and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.

Service may be refused at the stylist’s discretion to maintain professional quality and safety.
Service may be refused if:
Policies are not followed
Hair condition is unsuitable
Behavior is disrespectful or disruptive
All payments remain non-refundable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve appointment time. The remaining balance is due at your appointment

By booking, you confirm all payments are final, non-refundable, and authorized.
Filing a chargeback for a valid appointment or reserved time is a breach of this agreement.
If a chargeback is initiated, you will be banned from future bookings and remain responsible for the full amount, including any fees. Ali Styles reserves the right to recover funds through card on file, invoicing, collections, or legal action where applicable.
All disputes will be challenged using booking records and proof of authorization.
