Free parking is available behind the Salon
• Please have at least 4 inches of hair for your service.
• Wash your hair 7–9 days before your visit.
• Section your hair into four clean parts.
• Arrive fully detangled so we can stay on schedule (late prep will shorten your service).
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due in exact cash or Zelle.
• A 10-minute grace period is provided.
• Late arrivals or clients who arrive without completing hair prep will receive a shortened service. The full balance will still apply.
• 1 complimentary reschedule is allowed. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.
EARLY ACCESS: Cancellation/Reschedule 7 days in-advance.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance.
• Any styling concerns must be reported within 48 hours. Once a style has been removed or altered, adjustments cannot be made.
• All payments are non-refundable.
Service may be refused at the stylist’s discretion to maintain professional quality and safety.
