NATURAL HAIR AFTERCARE
DAILY OR AS-NEEDED ROUTINE:
Lightly mist hair with a leave-in to maintain moisture.
Seal in hydration with a small amount of lightweight oil, focusing on the ends.
If wearing your hair out, fluff gently with fingers — avoid excessive brushing or combing.
NIGHT-TIME ROUTINE:
For stretched styles only (wash + blow-dry):
Separate hair into 2–4 sections using loose braids or twists
Cover hair with a silk or satin scarf and bonnet.
For flat twist/braid-down:
Cover hair with a silk or satin scarf and bonnet.
Optional: sleep on a silk pillowcase for extra protection.
SCALP & HAIR CARE:
Cleanse scalp every 1-2 weeks with a clarifying shampoo, followed by a moisturizing/hydrating shampoo.
Apply deep conditioner to hair.
After washing, follow the Daily OR As-Needed Routine to maintain moisture and neatness.
QUICK TIPS:
Don’t over-style or pull hair tightly; this can cause tension or thinning.
Keep hair moisturized to prevent dryness and breakage, especially the ends.
Protect hair during workouts or swimming by covering with a scarf or swimming cap.
